USA Rugby Game Management Guidelines - 2010
USA Rugby Referees' Management has established guidelines to refereeing at all levels in USA Rugby. These guidelines are to be distributed and applied nationally to all referees, referee observers, referee coaches, players/teams, coaches and administrators for 2010.

Experimental Law Variations adopted by the iRB - May 2009
The International Rugby Board Council ratified recommendations made by the iRB Rugby Committee and approved 10 or the 13 global Experimental Law Variations (ELVs) for adoption into the Laws of the Game.

USA Rugby Game Management Guidelines - August 2009
USA Rugby Referees' Management has established guidelines to refereeing at all levels in USA Rugby. These guidelines enable players and referees to have a clearer approach to the game, to enable consistency in Law application throughout the country. They also reflect directives from the iRB, particularly in relation to the tackle/ruck and players staying on their feet.

2/6 - Technical Lineout and Scrum Coach Education Courses with USA Rugby's Men's National Team Specialist Coaches, 9:00am - 1:00pm and 2:00pm - 6:00pm. West Linn HS. Coaches - $50 for one session or $80 for two. NO cost to players. Contact Jenn at Jenn@RugbyOregon.com to register.

2/6 - Flag Rugby Coach Certification and Season Planning Session - 9:00am - 1:00pm West Linn HS. Cost is $50 and includes course materials and Give Rugby a Try DVD. Contact jenn@rugbyoregon.com to register.
